a husband-wife team with over 28 years of combined experience in the martial

Chris Frailey is an electrical
engineer with a leading technology company. He has trained in the
martial arts since childhood. He has a 2nd degree black belt in
Kenpo karate and a 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. In
addition, Chris has served as an advisor and model on several
martial arts books regarding karate and Tae Kwon Do. |

Carol Frailey,
MSW is a clinically trained social worker with over 10 years of
experience in the field. She has worked in crisis intervention and
mental health. In addition to her experience as a social worker, Carol
has a 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Her experience as a social
worker and as a black belt creates a unique perspective in delivering
the message of self-defense and empowerment for women. Her seminars
address the psychological and emotional issues behind self-defense, the
impact of gender, as well as the actual techniques. |
