Corporate Self-Defense is a husband-wife team with over 28 years of combined experience in the martial arts. They offer self-defense seminars that not only address the physical aspect, but the emotional side as well.

 
Chris Frailey is an electrical engineer with a leading technology company. He has trained in the martial arts since childhood. He has a 2nd degree black belt in Kenpo karate and a 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. In addition, Chris has served as an advisor and model on several martial arts books regarding karate and Tae Kwon Do.

Carol Frailey, MSW is a clinically trained social worker with over 10 years of experience in the field. She has worked in crisis intervention and mental health. In addition to her experience as a social worker, Carol has a 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Her experience as a social worker and as a black belt creates a unique perspective in delivering the message of self-defense and empowerment for women. Her seminars address the psychological and emotional issues behind self-defense, the impact of gender, as well as the actual techniques.
